Another Earth
Synthetic Earth Observation data powering climate adaptation and global resilience.
UN Sustainable Development Goals
Another Earth’s Earth‑Observation AI generates synthetic data for forestry, agriculture, and mining, helping reduce environmental and community impact. By filling the global shortage of high‑quality labelled Earth‑Observation data, it enables AI models to accurately predict patterns for climate‑resilient infrastructure and land‑use decisions. This synthetic data strengthens forecasting, improves planning, and supports more sustainable, climate‑aligned development.

Problem

The world is far off track from the Paris Agreement, with the 1.5°C goal increasingly out of reach under current policies. Climate change is already driving more severe floods, droughts, heatwaves, and other extremes, and delayed adaptation will only increase costs and impacts. Effective resilience requires high‑quality information: forecasting storms, heatwaves, floods, and droughts; improving agricultural disease prediction and early‑warning systems; and understanding population and settlement patterns for preparedness and resource allocation. Yet today’s earth‑observation systems face major limitations, including data gaps, bias, limited temporal coverage, and a shortage of high‑quality labelled environmental data—hindering accurate, high‑resolution climate and weather insights.

Solution

AI driven Earth Observation to enhance climate adaptation in agriculture, water management, and ecosystem conservation. By integrating satellite data, these systems enable timely interventions, improved farming practices, and more effective resource management—supporting food security and sustainable development.

Another Earth Impact Overview

Earth observation data, combined with AI models capable of generating synthetic imagery, provides the foundation for producing high‑resolution geospatial training data aligned to user specifications. By incorporating user requirements on resolution, labels, bands, time, and location, the system ensures that downstream models receive precisely the inputs they need for accurate environmental and climate‑related analysis.

The process involves training generative models, producing synthetic data sets through 3D rendering for sufficient feature depth, labeling outputs, and validating coherence to ensure plausibility. This workflow yields geospatial data sets that accelerate and reduce the cost of training AI models. These models can “fast‑forward time,” helping users anticipate the future impacts of actions such as mining, drilling, or planting. Early‑stage progress is measured through accuracy KPIs: IoU and FID for image quality, temporal accuracy against historical records, and prediction accuracy against real‑world outcomes.
The long‑term impact is scalable climate resilience. High‑quality synthetic data strengthens predictive modelling for governments, corporations, and institutions—improving population estimation, settlement‑pattern monitoring, preparedness, resource allocation, and climate‑risk mitigation.
